The Office of Children Services (OCS) is dedicated to policy development & coordination of service delivery for Travis Co. HHS&VS direct services and contracted community services for children and their families. OCS implements a continuum of strategies including prevention, intervention, and treatment, utilizing System of Care values, principles, & practices. OCS integrates System of Care principles into all child serving practices in Travis County by promoting & modeling child-centered, youth guided, family driven, strength-based, and culturally responsive services.
